Elopement Planning Packages
Whether you're planning an intimate celebration close to home or an adventure across the world, our elopement planning packages are designed around how much support you actually want.
Domestic pricing is shown first. International pricing reflects additional logistics, travel coordination, permits, vendors, and time-zone complexity.

Up to 15 planning hours.
Includes venue or location scouting with up to three options, a day-of timeline, photographer and officiant referrals, and six hours of day-of coordination.

Up to 30 planning hours.
Includes full vendor booking and management for photographer, officiant, florals, and hair and makeup; a custom timeline; permit and legal paperwork assistance; monthly planning calls; and 10 hours of day-of coordination.

Unlimited planning.
Includes everything in Signature, plus styling and design concept development, private chef or intimate dinner coordination, luxury transportation, a multi-day itinerary with rehearsal and adventure excursion, and a lead planner on-site for the full trip duration.

Honeymoon Planning Packages

Travel & Destination Logistics
Destination celebrations can come with additional logistics. Here's how we handle them:
Planner site visits
Billed at cost for travel and lodging, plus a $75/day coordination rate.
International elopements
An additional $500–$2,000 may apply depending on destination complexity, permits, and vendor coordination across time zones.
Currency & cross-border logistics consulting
Included in Luxury tiers. Available as a $150 add-on for Essential and Signature tiers.
Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at booking to secure your date.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event or travel departure date.
Payment plans are available on request for Signature and Luxury packages.
Prices reflect planning fees only. Vendor costs, travel, and accommodations are billed separately unless otherwise noted.

Custom quotes are available for multi-day celebrations and elaborate destination requests.
